About Naimi Salimi

Naim Salimi was not just a name but a beacon of intellect, compassion, and love. His journey began in Kabul, where he attended Habibia High School, leaving an indelible academic and social mark. He carried his passion for learning to Tehran, Iran, where he furthered his education and embraced the values that would shape his extraordinary life.

While his academic pursuits flourished, Naim's heart remained open to the world around him. His compassion, a wellspring of ceaseless empathy, extended beyond the classroom walls. He engaged in local community initiatives, volunteering his time and expertise to uplift the less fortunate, bridging gaps and sowing seeds of unity. His genuine interest in the stories of those he encountered, regardless of background or circumstance, transformed acquaintances into lifelong friends and strangers into kindred spirits.

A Life of Purpose

Naim Salimi's impact rippled across the educational landscape in his esteemed role as the Executive Director of Teacher Training in the Ministry of Education in Kabul, Afghanistan. With a heart imbued with unwavering dedication, he tirelessly championed the cause of educational excellence, realizing that the foundation of a nation's progress rests upon the shoulders of its educators. Naim's visionary leadership breathed life into innovative training programs, fostering a culture where teachers were not just disseminators of knowledge but mentors, guides, and true architects of tomorrow's leaders. This scholarship has been created in memory of my father, who passed away on June 1, 2023, to continue his legacy and impact in the world of education. My father was one of my biggest supporters and the reason for the 3T career institute. I want to keep his legacy alive by creating a scholarship dedicated to education, providing those less fortunate with an opportunity to have a fair chance at life.
