Beginnings and History
3T Career Institute's history begins with the CEO and President Mahjooba Bianchi's strive to provide simple yet effective learning to professionals. Learning that is easily applied to daily work tasks, projects, and the organization. Established in 2019, 3T Career Institute believes in a "Three" tiered approach to professional success. The three tiers include technical knowledge, soft-skills, and mind-set. Our adjunct instructors bring field experience to the classroom, bridging the gap between learned concepts and real-world application of those concepts. Our mission is to provide our students with a classroom and online learning experience that brings them motivation, excitement, and career success.Â
As a woman-owned small business in Northern Virginia, we provide training services to the federal government, private organizations, and individuals.  With 21 years of combined experience in the field of project management, I.T consulting, and training. We bring our shared knowledge and skills to the classroom to help train professionals obtain certifications that help with employee retention, professional growth, and proficiencies to further the organization’s mission and vision.
