Customer Service and Acquisition Manager

Job Overview/Summary:
We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Customer Service and Acquisition Manager (CASM) to join our team. As the CSAM, you will be responsible for email management and lead generation using the company's social media and online platforms. Your role will include interacting with potential leads to encourage and direct them into getting on a phone call with the sales team.

Responsibilities & Duties:
• Manage and clear emails on a daily basis
• Ensure that all customer emails are responded to within 24-48 hours
• Manage and oversee all communications within the company's social media and online presence
• Create blog posts/content for social media
• Create regular email broadcasts and other communication for clients and potential customers
• Track posts and user engagement and suggest ideas for optimization
• Interact with potential leads to encourage and direct them into getting on a phone call with the sales team
• Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams
• Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
• Adhere to rules and regulations
• Present to Senior Management

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+, and other social media best practices
• Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
• Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research
• Must have experience or could do content writing
• Excellent English written and communication skills
• Excellent multitasking skills

• Great interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
